When you order a yearbook, you have until April 14 to submit your custom pages. Yearbooks ordered by April 14 will be delivered to your child’s classroom the last week of school.

Everyone has thousands of photos at their fingertips. With Treering Yearbooks, you can easily create a custom yearbook with custom pages filled with your own memories—like family vacations or hobbies that take place outside of school—in your individual copy of the yearbook. Have Pictures We Can Use In the Yearbook?
Our yearbook team works diligently to have every student appear in the yearbook at least a few times, and we need your help to make that happen! If you have any pictures from school events (phone pics are great!), you can email them directly to Yearbook@ahespta.org or upload them to TreeRing where it says “Upload School Photos” under “Yearbook To-Do’s”.

Submit Pictures on Treering
Do you have pictures of your child and their friends from a school event? Submit it to be used in the yearbook! Our Yearbook Crew tries to take pictures at events, but it is impossible to capture every student. You can upload your pictures directly to TreeRing where it says “Upload School Photos” under “Yearbook To-Do’s”.

Create Layouts for Class and Event Pages
If you would like to help put together class collage pages and event pages, please submit your information in the form below and the Yearbook Crew will be in touch with you. The Treering website we use for our yearbooks is very user friendly. Any contribution (even a few hours!) is greatly appreciated.

Yearbook Administration Committee Chair
The Yearbook Admin Committee Chair works with Treering to determine the layout and cost of annual yearbook. They oversee the production of the yearbook and establishes the Yearbook Crew to take pictures and create layouts. This position serves for the entire school year.

Yearbook Crew Committee Chair
The Yearbook Crew Committee Chair works closely with the Yearbook Admin Committee Chair to establish a team to take pictures at events and create layouts for classes, collages, and events. This position serves for the entire school year.
