Nominations for the 2023-2024 Honorary Service Awards is now open
The Honorary Service Award is an award given by the Anaheim Hills Elementary PTA in recognition of the service and dedication of both individuals and organizations. AHES PTA is requesting your nomination for this year’s Honorary Service Award. The following are guidelines on which to base your nomination.
Nominations are not just for the PTA members who are visible every day! Your nominations can include: parents, teachers, staff, high school student helpers, local businesses or essentially any person or organization who has made a significant impact on our children, the students of Anaheim Hills Elementary. Below are the Honorary Service Award Categories: Very Special Person Award (VSP) – This award is given to recognize an individual or organization for their service to PTA. This award may be given at the local, state or federal level. This award is not to be used as an endorsement of any elected official, but to celebrate the work of the elected official. Golden Oak Service Award (GOSA) – This award is given to recognize, as the most prestigious of the Honorary Service Awards, an individual or organization that has made significant contributions to the welfare of children and youth in a school or community. |
