Birthday Book Club
Anaheim Hills Elementary has a terrific way to honor your child and add to our library book collection. We offer a Birthday Book Club to purchase library-bound, hardcover books in honor of your child’s birthday for just $25.
This is how it works. Books are purchased with money from a contribution made by you and then donated to our library in your child’s name. The PTA will also purchase the corresponding Reading Counts quiz to go with the book, if available, for our Reading Counts quiz program. Your child does not keep the book. Instead, it becomes a permanent addition to the school library's collection.
During the month of your student's birthday, your child will choose from a collection of grade-appropriate books. Your child will be the first to check out their chosen book from the school library and receive a special bookmark to recognize the occasion! Your child’s name will be permanently displayed on the front inside cover on a book label as having donated the book to the AHES library. And, your child’s name will be listed on the library bulletin board along with their picture!
