​Hello!

We are so excited to host our annual fundraiser, the Splash and Dash powered by
Boosterthon, for our Anaheim Hills Elementary school community. This 7-day event
helps fund PTA-paid programs and capital projects supporting the education,
health, and safety of our school.

With the partnership of community businesses and families over the last couple of
years, we were able to purchase a stage for the school and all new lunch tables for
our students. Our goal is to continue this tradition of support but we cannot do it
without you! We sincerely hope that you will consider being a sponsor for this year.
We offer four different donation tiers to fit your budget and all donations are tax
deductible.

If you are interested in donating, please complete this Sponsorship Form.
Once complete, you may drop off or mail your form and check to our school.
You may also email [email protected] to coordinate pick up.
Deadline to sponsor is September 8, 2024.

Donation Tiers

GOLD $1,000 Donation 

• Advertisement on our PTA newsletters, website and social media pages all school year. 
• Marquee Advertisement all school year.
• Company logo/family name on a banner advertised all year on the school fence. 

SILVER $500 Donation 

• Advertisement on our PTA newsletters, website and social media pages until Spring Break.
• Marquee Advertisement until Spring Break.

BRONZE $100 Donation 

• Advertisement on our PTA newsletters, website and social media pages until Winter Break.
• Marquee Advertisements until Winer Break. 

BLUE $50 Donation 

• Advertisement on our PTA newsletters, website and social media pages through September 20204. 
• Marquee Advertisement through September 2024.
